He graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 2007. While working in the private sector, he studied philosophy on his own and enrolled in Kyoto University Graduate School of Advanced Integrated Studies in Human Survivability in 2014. Since then, he is specialized in the political philosophy of Hannah Arendt.
As part of his practical research, he worked on a community development program in Bangladesh as a short-term volunteer for Japan International Cooperation Agency in 2016, and on a Humanities and Philosophy Program of the Research, Policy and Foresight Section of the Human and Social Sciences Sector at UNESCO in Paris Headquarters as a trainee in 2017. In 2018, he served as a consultant for Mind & Life Institute.
He is currently working as a Program-Specific Researcher (Bioethics and Philosophy) at Institute for Advanced Study in Human Biology, Kyoto University (2020~). He is also a Philosophy Consultant at Phoenixi (2019~). He received his Ph.D. (Integrated Studies) in March 2021.
