~make recipe collections of Taste of Memories~

Social issue to tackle | Business concept

“Taste of Memory” plays an important role not only in health, but also in formation of personal identities, including people’s lifestyle and ways of thinking.
I would like to realize well-being through food by providing “recipe collections of Taste of Memory” for many people to reflect on themselves.

Motivation

I have been challenging to make people experience that food creates human identity as many as possible through studying about food and deliciousness (nutrition and food culture), since I was a student with this in mind, I joined the company last year and applied for the company’s new business program. My proposal was adopted for further improvement.
