Reducing food loss and supporting single-parent households in need
“Business to “connect” distribution and local residents”
Establish a system to reduce food discarded at supermarkets (mainly vegetables, fruits, and daily deliveries) by providing a network of “Food Loss Reduction Team” as a subscription service. Realization of a system that can be used positively by single-parent needy households and leads to the provision of nutritious meals to children.
I would like to provide a service that links the improvement of meals for children in need of Japan with the effective use of more than 600,000 tons of food loss that is discarded annually. I want to change the concept of the past, use it without regret, and provide opportunities for as many children as possible to grow up healthy.
