Hiroko Nakajima

After graduating from Osaka University, Hiroko Nakajima entered Japan Finance Corporation because she wanted to stimulate Japanese economics by supporting starting businesses, to be “a town doctor” for small businesses.

Hiroko was charged in more than 3000 judging loans for startups and small businesses, launching an entrepreneurial competition for high school students, corporate planning, and DX, she recognized that human resources within an organization perform differently depending on the environment they are placed in and the team building methods, and that multiple factors are influenced in the success of a venture. In 2019, Hiroko entered in Kyoto University’s Graduate School of Management course in order to cross her own 15-years practical experience with academia and focus on research useful for corporate decision making and creating entrepreneurs. Hiroko moved to Phoenixi’s vision of fostering resources who can transform society then she joined the company.

Hiroko promises to do her best to support entrepreneurs who will change society to take off from Phoenixi while conducting research in the field of entrepreneurship in the doctoral program.
