Co-founded a company with fellow students at Kyoto University’s Graduate School of Management. Previously worked at a real estate company, a US-based luxury hotel, a consulting firm, and a US-based pharmaceutical company, engaging in the secretarial services for the President, development and design of web-based services, US accounting and tax services, and marketing. Currently in the process of developing this business plan.
Development and provision of followership and leadership programs
In national governments and organizations, leaders and managers make decisions. There are a number of leadership programs available for them. However, leadership by men and elders may not always be right. Leadership by followers is the challenge that I would like to focus on in this project.
I have built my passion for “followership programs” since I lived in Hollywood, California.
My business will help form an ecosystem where followers with high work engagement create a warm-hearted society once they themselves become leaders or managers.
