Born and raised in Tokyo. Graduated with an International Baccalaureate from UWC Adriatic in Italy. Currently finishing my B.S. with honors in computer science at the University of Toronto. Worked as a software engineer at startups in Tokyo and Toronto.
“Zen x NFT” -Promoting Japanese Zen Culture though NFT-
I will create a new business model that promotes Japanese culture, particularly Zen culture abroad. The core idea is making and selling NFTs of charms and stamps from Japanese temples and shrines though our specialized NFT platform. Moreover, although the idea might pivot in the future, the Zen meditation app is an idea as an entrance for promoting Zen NFTs.
I spent my childhood in Japan as well as spending my high school in Europe and studying for university in North America. This experience has taught me how people abroad widely respect Japanese culture. On the other hand, I have noticed there is very little to no presence of promoting Japanese culture from people inside Japan, and I felt this could be an issue I could tackle.
