Yukiko Kuroda

Yukiko is Founder and Advisor of People Focus Consulting and is often asked to help executives attain new skills and insights in areas such as strategy development, leadership, change management and communication. She formerly worked as a senior consultant at a major U.S. management-consulting firm and as a marketing representative for Sony Corporation.

She has served as Board Member for a number of publicly-listed companies. She is actively involved in global humanitarian issues, such as supporting refugees and developing training programs for the poor.

She earned her MBA as a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard and is a graduate of Keio University with a BA in economics.

She is a certified ACE Coach through the Master to Journey program.
